To change your life, you need to change your beliefs and this requires tapping into the subconscious mind. We have two parts of our brain – conscious and subconscious.

Subconscious mind holds onto the doubts, insecurities, negative self-image and ego. You first need to become self-aware and acknowledge these negative beliefs.

To challenge them, you need to be in the present moment and not think about the past or future. Connecting yourself to the ‘source energy’, also known as the universe will help you correct your self-perception into a badass.

TASK: Look at the less-than-impressive areas of your life and think about the underlying beliefs that could have created them. Write down five things that come to mind.

2. How To Embrace Your Inner Badass

To free yourself of any insecurities, you need to:

  1. Accept yourself – if you love who you are, you can live a fulfilled life. Appreciate how unique you are – there has NEVER been anyone like you.
  2. Do not care about what other people think – the fear of being judged or liked is holding you back from getting outside of your comfort zone. Breaking away from this will enable you to become your most powerful self.

Do NOT get caught up in criticism OR praise – you need to establish what is right for you regardless of anyone else’s opinion. Your opinion should be the only one that matters.

3. How To Tap Into The Motherlode

‘Motherlode’ also known as ‘God, Goddess, The Big Guy, The Universe, Source Energy, Higher Power, Gut, Intuition, spirit, Lord’. It’s all referring to the same thing – the abundant invisible energy that is everywhere around you.

All energy vibrates at a certain frequency. This means you’re vibrating at a certain frequency and everything you desire, don’t desire, is also vibrating at this frequency. Vibration attracts like vibration. You need to raise your frequency to match the vibration of the one you want to tune into.

To truly raise your vibration, you’ve got to believe that everything you want is available to you. To keep this belief strong, you have to stay connected to source energy. Even when things are not the most certain, you must still maintain belief.

In doing this, you have self-belief and are able to control your attention and thoughts much better – putting your mind at ease. You’re trusting the universe to look after you and attract what is for you.

How do you do that effectively?

  1. Meditation – sit up straight in a comfortable position, release thoughts into your brain and focus on your breathing. This is how you connect to source energy.
  2. A habit of gratitude and forgiveness – holding onto resentment, you’re not concentrating on yourself so let the negativity melt away
  3. Giving and receiving – you want to attract good energy, you must send good energy. Smile and compliment people, make them laugh!

TASK: Write down three things you’re grateful for every day.

4. How To Get Over Your BS

Stop focusing on the self-limiting stories that are framing your reality – let go of the old stories you told yourself and have been holding onto as your identity. You can create any reality you want so get creative.

Procrastinating is nothing more than self-sabotage. Instead of putting energy into excuses of why something can’t be done, channel it into why you can do it. Let go of your excuses e.g. ‘not enough time’ and ‘I’m exhausted’. If you control your time and energy better, you’ll realise these are just your excuses.

Get rid of your fear – move forward and get outside of your comfort zone. The things you were afraid of may never of even happened OR you faced the fears and they weren’t so scary after all.

5. How To Kick Some Ass

All it takes is for you to simply decide to stop giving yourself excuses and to just GO FOR IT with your goals. Make that decision and start putting in action.

Listen to your excuses and decide to change your habits and be consistent with them.

Whilst you’re at it, change your relationship with money. Many people have a negative relationship with money but not you. Focus on abundance and put yourself in a position where you manifest abundance.

Lastly, you must surrender. Even when you really want something and work tirelessly, things may not work out. It doesn’t mean it won’t work forever, just not when you want it to. You must surrender to the universe, trust the process and have faith that your deepest goals will eventually come to you when the time is right. The universe is always working in your favour.
